We’re excited to introduce a new feature to all accounts today that makes submitting declarations faster and more efficient: HS Code EU Validation.

What’s New?

• Starting today, when you upload an Excel manifest, our system will automatically check whether the HS codes are recognized by the European Union.

• If an unrecognized HS code is detected, you’ll receive an instant warning right after the upload.

• You can still submit the declaration, but customs will reject any unrecognized HS codes, requiring you to modify and resubmit them, leading to unnecessary delays.

How to Use It?

1. Upload your Excel manifest as usual.

2. If any unrecognized HS codes are found, you’ll receive an immediate warning message and you can download the repair file to check the HS codes error.

3. Fix the codes before submission and prevent customs rejections, or proceed with submission at your own risk.
